If, within 90 days of your purchase from our official website, you are not satisfied with the product or the results, you may return it for a refund.

To ensure a fair application of the return policy, we suggest users to follow the recommended usage stated in the manual for at least one month before submitting a return request. After about a month, users should see a noticeable reduction in hair growth. We also recommend extending your personal trial period to the full 90 days, as all individuals are different and it may take a longer period of time to see results from the IPL treatment. If the period of use is less than one month or the recommended usage stated in the manual is not followed, the return policy is considered void.

In addition, please note that IPL may not be effective for every individual depending on their hair color and skin tone. Requirements for Return

To request a return and refund, please provide the needed return information.

Returns must be pre-approved for consideration of a refund or exchange. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted, and you may be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

The device you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means undamaged and with the original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional expenses or make it impossible to return the product altogether.

The return request must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate the return process, please fill out the form or provide the following information via email

  • Provide a valid reason for your return or exchange.
  • Specify the number of products you wish to return.
  • If you request an exchange, indicate the desired color and model.
  • Must provide clear photos of the product(s) that are detailed enough for us to assess their condition.
  • If you have retained the original packaging, these photos must also be included so we can assess the condition.
  • If you have not retained the original packaging, please clearly state in the email or the ‘description’ section of the form and we will further assess your case.

About The Return Process
We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on www.gransumr.com. If you bought your items from Amazon, Shopee, or an authorized retailer, kindly get in touch with the respective retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.

Fill out the return form or contact us via email. After approval, we will send you a printable shipping label that includes our return address and basic information about your returned order.

Attach the Return Label

Pack your return item(s) properly into the original box, and affix the provided return label to the outside of the box.

Send Back the Package

Mail the item(s) back to us through the local post office.Due to the high value of the product, we strongly recommend personally handing the package to the appropriate employee at the post office. We do not advise dropping it off in a post box without direct acceptance by a post office employee. Gransumr is not responsible for any lost packages and the refund will not be processed. If you require urgent handling of the returned parcels, please contact us and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
